Not complete overhauls. Not fancy new platforms. Just the practical troubleshooting and organizing that keeps your business running without fighting your tools every day.
What small fixes look like:
- Cleaning up a WordPress site with 150 outdated pages so you can find what matters
- Documenting how your systems work so you’re not the only one who knows
- Fixing the one annoying thing that’s been broken for months
- Making your existing tools talk to each other better

planning & documentation
Your business needs to keep running even when you’re sick, distracted, or need a break. I help you document how things work, create simple systems for tracking important information, and plan for disruptions.
This isn’t about perfect processes. It’s about messy notes that become useful, having backups for files and procedures, and knowing where to find what you need when you need it.

custom guidance
Every business is different. I create step-by-step tutorials and recommendations tailored to how you actually work, not how a generic guide thinks you should.
Do you need to learn how to update your products without calling someone every time? Do you want to understand your options before choosing a new tool? I’ll research what you need and explain it in plain language.

ongoing partnership
I want to work with you in a way that fits how you work. Whether you need regular check-ins or occasional problem-solving, I’m available when you need guidance.
Project-based work: We work together on specific projects as they come up. You reach out when you need help, and we figure out the scope and timeline together depending on my availability.
Reserved time: If you want to know I’m available without some of the back-and-forth of scheduling each time, you can reserve regular blocks of time. This works well if you know you’ll need consistent support (for example: regular check-ins, seasonal updates like a bimonthly content refresh, or just having someone available when things go sideways). You prepay for a set amount of time per month or quarter, and that time is yours. If you don’t use all your reserved time in one period, a portion can roll forward.
