Learning from you at TNNA

I had an incredible time at The National Needle Arts Summer Trade Show in Cleveland this past weekend. Yesterday I got my voice back. Today I’m sorting notes of conversations as I work on followup emails.

If you didn’t get a chance to talk with me at my Business and Creative Services Spotlight booth on Sunday, it’s not too late to connect. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, took a button, asked about what I was knitting, and opened up about their technology concerns and conundrums.

Biggest Concerns

It was beneficial for me to learn what concerns you most. Beyond the ever present elephant in the room named ‘budget’, the most common concerns I heard were:

  1. Site speed
  2. Wholesale and/or inventory management
  3. Maintenance and choosing wisely for future growth.

If your tech issue isn’t on this list, please let me know what’s challenging you! Together we’ll learn, grow, and solve problems.

How PennyWise Consulting can help

To that end, while my Guide to Website Costs was hopefully beneficial to all who picked up a copy, I see where I need to focus my efforts in the near term. If you want a copy of the Website Costs Guide today, please let me know. I’m in a similar place as many of you: I’m working on figuring out the best method to integrate this first guide to my website so it plays well with my future plans for growth.

In the coming weeks I’ll talk about these big three issues and other important topics.
