About

PSG wearing glasses and a black shirt photo is black and white

Teaching has been at the heart of what I’ve done for over 30 years. Since 2005, PSG Studio has helped solo and small businesses work with technology, focusing on understanding how you actually work, then finding solutions that support that.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all systems. Through tutorials and hands-on guidance, I help clients implement approaches that make sense for their specific situation. Sometimes that means custom documentation. Sometimes it means walking through why something isn’t working and finding a better path forward.

I hold degrees from Columbia University (BA Computer Science, 2001; MS Information and Archive Management, 2009).

I live in Westchester, NY with my spouse Eli and can also be found working at little acorn creations. I’ve fostered many kittens over the years, though I’ve paused active fostering due to ongoing family caregiving responsibilities.
